How many pets can be included in one product?
Please refer to each product description and image. For most products, we recommend featuring one pet per item for the best clarity.
However, we're happy to accommodate additional pets for $19 each per design—just reach out to us! You’ll receive a preview for approval before printing.
Do you do all animals?
Absolutely! We create custom pet portraits for all types of pets, from adorable bunnies to lovely birds, using their photos.
Do you provide portrait proofs or previews before making my products?
Certainly! We send all customers a free preview of their artwork within 1-2 days. You can request edits as many times as you like, and we'll only print once you're happy with your pet's portrait and design.
Where do you source and print your products?
We source, print, and craft our products within the USA to ensure the highest safety and quality standards, delivering only the best to you.

Are taxes and duties included for international orders?
Yes, all taxes and duties are included for international orders.
When will my order arrive?
Our products are custom-made, and each order is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Personalization and production typically take around 8 days. Shipping times are about 4 days within the US and 12 days internationally.
